One way to get your child to eat veggies and fruits is to spice them up with a little herb. Here are a couple examples you can try with your child!
-Cinnamon with: sweet potatoes, squash or apples
-Dill with: cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower or tomatoes
-Oregano with: zucchini or spinach
You can experiment with all kinds of herbs.
